Service

TipRun provides junk removal and waste collection services in the Dorset area. We are a licensed waste carrier registered with the Environment Agency.

Pricing

• Prices shown online are "from" prices and serve as estimates
• Final price is confirmed on site by our crew before any work begins
• You can decline the final price at no charge
• We will never charge more than the quoted on-site price without your agreement

Booking

• Bookings are confirmed via SMS
• Items must be accessible and ready to load when we arrive
• We allow a 30-minute on-site window
• If items are not as described, the price may be adjusted on site

Cancellation

• Cancel any time before the crew arrives — no charge
• If we arrive and items aren't ready, a call-out fee may apply

What we can't take

• Asbestos or suspected asbestos materials
• Clinical or medical waste
• Gas bottles or cylinders
• Explosives or firearms
• Liquid waste (oil, sewage)

Liability

We are fully insured for public liability. We take reasonable care when collecting items from your property. Any damage should be reported within 24 hours.
