Frequently asked questions
Can you access my loft hatch?
We need a standard loft hatch with a pull-down ladder or fixed stairs. We bring our own dust sheets to protect your landing and carpets.
Is there a weight limit?
We can carry most household items down from a loft — furniture, boxes, suitcases, old electronics. Very heavy items like safes or water tanks may need specialist removal.
What about loft insulation?
We can remove old insulation boards and rolls. We don't remove loose-fill or spray foam insulation — that needs a specialist.
Will you make a mess?
We lay dust sheets from your loft hatch to the front door. Expect some dust from the loft, but we'll leave your home tidy.
